SHAK's objective is to improve upon the current trend of home automation by providing a smart home conversion kit with an added focus on network security. This project will serve as a test bed for the kit, employing three custom smart devices tied to a modified network and controlled via phone app. Furthermore, the modular nature of the project will ensure that new features and devices can be added in the future, ensuring the long-term growth and improvement of the smart home, while prioritizing safety from cyber threats.
